Programs with known issues

• Bitdefender
  Bitdefender can sometimes block access to Internet Explorer unknowingly to the user. Make sure that Internet Explorer is a trusted application within the program.

• uBlock Origin uBlock Origin can cause the add-in to never load in the first place (displays a white screen).

  To fix, click the blue "Off" button to whitelist our app domain

• Bloomberg Terminal

  Although we actively test and use both Cryptosheets and Bloomberg add-ins for Excel at the same time, certain user and/or Bloomberg terminal configuration options (ie real time execution or update, EMSX trading execution from Excel etc) may cause stability issues. Please contact us directly for support and guidance

• Cryptofinance

  The Google sheets add-on Cryptofinance can sometimes cause issues depending on how the user has adjusted the scripted install or configuration outside of the Google GSuite store policies for add-ons

• International Users

  Some international users may need to substitute commas "," in custom functions with semicolons ";" so for something like =CS.TA("BTC","USD") try =CS.TA("BTC";"USD") instead
