Excel vs Googlesheets
Excel vs Googlesheets
Cryptosheets is designed to be universally accessible in either Excel or Googlesheets.
Using Cryptosheets custom functions in Excel vs Googlesheets is almost exactly the same with a few very slight differences.
- The most important one is that in Excel there is a "." (period) between the CS and the function name so for example =CS.TA().
- In Googlesheets there is NO "." (period) after the CS** so the formula is simply =CSTA()
Googlesheets limitations
IMPORTANT: Google places significantly different limitations on Sheets users of all GSuite subscription levels that can and will directly impact your ability to access and leverage any data from Cryptosheets.
- Be aware of these Googlesheets limits before you upgrade to a paid subscription
- Check the official link periodically as Google does and will change their limits & quotas
- Feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions
- We strongly encourage advanced users with higher data needs to consider switching to Excel & Excel online which do not have any of these limitations and allow the maximum possible throughput, speed and compute power in Cryptosheets
